Tellago has been experimenting with agile methodologies since its early days. Why? Because we realized that technical talent alone was not sufficient to deliver some of the complex projects we were embarking on. 

Quite often we see projects fail inspite of the technical proficiency of the development team. The dynamics of modern business demand implementing business software solutions in a shorter time to market compared with traditional schedules. Accomplishing this becomes particularly challenging when we are talking about large, multi-technology solutions which are common at Microsoft enterprise customers.
