The Vision

Tellago was founded under the principles of technology excellence and innovation. Since the early days, we wanted to bring together some of the most renown experts in the Microsoft technology world, establish a great work ethic and dedication to our customers, build a great/fun company culture and see the magic happen. Now, few years after our birth as a company, that vision is a reality.

At this point in its short history, Tellago’s technology expertise has no parallel among Microsoft application development partners.

The talent of our team is recognized by the fact that many of our architects serve as advisors to Microsoft product teams collaborating on the design of many of the next generation of Microsoft technologies. Additionally, our architects are regular speakers at top industry conferences and well known authors. Even more importantly, we are crazily passionate about working with our customers in the challenges that require our technical expertise and innovation.

In addition to our daily work with customers, we spend time every week working on open source initiatives that improve the Microsoft technology stack in different ways. In order to share that knowledge with the developer community and customers, we established Tellago DevLabs. In that workspace, you will find our latest open source technology releases which you can also leverage in your projects.

The Execution
 

Technical Team = Technical Lead +Technology Leads + Developers

When starting a project, we like to form teams that possess a deep knowledge across the different technologies involved in the project. These teams are normally composed by one or two Technical Leads, several Technology Leads and the development team. In this model, the Technical Leads are responsible for the overall technical vision of the solution, the Technology Leads are responsible for enforcing best practices and patterns for specific technologies and the Developers are responsible for implementing the different pieces of the solution.

Agile and Process Transparency

We understand that a successful IT project takes more than technical expertise. That why we have devoted a considerable amount of effort to complement our technical expertise with some of the most innovative Agile methodologies and processes. Our agile coaches will work with your team to structure the solution in a set of small iterations that deliver both the business and infrastructure components of the solutions. We structure those iterations following new and innovative techniques in agile methodologies and we will obsess about enabling complete visibility to your organization during the development process.

Continuous Knowledge Transfer and Support

We understand that knowledge transfer is a key aspect of any IT application development project. In order to make your team successful, we will structure a process by which we can continuously grow the knowledge and familiarity of your team with the solution as well as the technologies used to implement it. Additionally, we can work with you implementing a joint plan that will guarantee the correct support of the solution and a slower transition to your IT organization.
