• Solid understanding of the foundations of Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience developing solution architectures
• Project leadership experience
• Web Services
• Integration experience with BizTalk Server, WebSphere, or Oracle WebLogic
• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments
• Broad experience with the .NET Framework and/or J2EE
• Experience with .NET 3.0/3.5
