Last year, we were approached by one of the biggest automotive makers in the world to lead the implementation of both an enterprise and internet facing portal across the entire organization.
Given the complexities of their organizational structure, our customer wanted to establish a solid and highly scalable infrastructure to enable capabilities such as content management, social networking, search and collaboration for all their portal initiatives.

After a very small discovery phase with a team composed of information architects, an agile coach, and a SharePoint architect, we were able to envision and prototype the initial SharePoint topology to enable the required capabilities. This effort was followed by the complete implementation of the solution in which we used a team of SharePoint developers from both our teams in the United States and Argentina.  All along the way, our agile coaches guided the effort by following best practices of agile development and continuous delivery which guarantee the delivery of the implementation in a record time.
